Since 2002, Naviga has served prestigious employers nationwide with sales and marketing talent acquisition. As the economy began to pick up pace in early 2014, they wanted to capitalize on the rising demand for top talent. In order to do this, they first needed to overcome the perception that they were a small “boutique” shop. Their brand needed to reflect a robust, full-service professional firm with reach across North America.
Creating a Brand That Stands Tall
Marketing In Color was up for the challenge, and conducted an extensive exploration of Naviga’s brand and competitive set, including an in-depth workshop with the firm’s entire staff. We then developed a new logo, tagline, website design, and more to convey a sophisticated, modern, and consistent brand positioning. From clearing up name confusion to choosing a distinct color palette that resonated professionalism, Naviga’s new brand illustrated their expertise to their clients and candidates and set them apart from their competitors. And with the help of the detailed branding guidelines we also provided, Naviga continues to stand tall in the marketplace.
President, Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search
We chose Marketing In Color to help us rebrand our business and website after evaluating multiple marketing agencies in the Tampa area. We really liked the personal attention of the owners, the professionalism of the team that presented, and the flexibility to structure our relationship in a variety of ways. We are generally self-sufficient with doing our own marketing activities, but we really needed help on the strategy, website design, and the visual imagery of our brand. MIC was willing to package up just the services we needed - at a very reasonable price. During our project, the communication was outstanding, and the quality of work was just what we needed. We were able to take what Marketing In Color created and dramatically improve our website, social media and email marketing. We have seen tremendous improvement in conversions from our website since the changes, and we attribute much of the increased leads to our relationship with Marketing in Color."
